Pre-requisites

• edgetier client id
• edgetier api token
• If you have IPs whitelisted in your Zendesk instance, please add 52.51.118.158

Steps

Fresh installation

1. Download the app from the Zendesk Marketplace page
2. Complete the fields with the edgetier credentials provided. Also, select the roles or groups that should have access to this app. Beware that only Admins will be able to install the app. Finally, click on “Install”.

1. Go to the “Support” view. To do that, click on the top left corner “Admin center ” icon and click on “Support”:

1. Click on the EdgeTier icon in the top right corner and click “Install”

1. You’ll be redirected to this screen where you should click “Allow”
