Pre-requisites

Steps

  1. Download the app from the Zendesk Marketplace page

  2. Complete the fields with the zendesk admin api key you created and the edgetier credentials provided. Also, select the roles or groups that should have access to this app. Finally, click on “Install”.

  3. Now we need to go to the “Support” view. To do that, click on the top right corner “4 squares” icon and click on “Support”

  1. Click on the EdgeTier icon in the top right corner and click “Install”:

  2. It takes around 2 minutes to install:

  1. Finally, if everything went well, you should see this:
