Connect your AI assistant to EdgeTier in minutes — and start asking questions about your contact centre . You will need to contact Customer Success about access before being able to use the MCP server.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that gives AI assistants a simple, unified way to access and interact with external data and tools.

Without MCP, connecting an AI assistant (e.g. Claude) to a platform like EdgeTier would require custom, one-off API integrations and someone technical to build and maintain them. MCP provides a single, standardised connection that exposes all available capabilities at once, updates automatically as new features are added, and can be configured with a few clicks rather than lines of code.

Think of MCP as a personal concierge for your AI assistant. Instead of wiring up each data point individually, MCP gives the AI a structured, secure channel to your systems and keeps it current without any ongoing maintenance.
