The EdgeTier Explore Custom Chart allows you to visualise all the interaction’s you’ve filtered for, and split your data even further, with complete control over the X and Y axis, as well as splits within these. You can also transpose the table, allowing you to visualise split-by metrics as rows.

You may want to create a data view that is useful for you, and then export this for reporting purposes. We’ve added a table data view that can be exported to .CSV to do exactly this!

This also improves your split-by view. While charts are limited to your top-ten categories being displayed, this table is capped at 250, letting you see a more detailed breakdown of your data.

Interested in your interaction volumes over a specific subset of days, split by agent? We’ll generate the .CSV needed for you to show this data in a management report, or just to save to have on hand.

The table information limits are based on the x-axis grouping and split-by category. While the row limit is 10000, if you group by a non-time-based x-axis, the limit will be applied to each individual category, up to 10000 total.
