Over the past few months, we’ve been modernising and refining the interface across EdgeTier, to make it more attractive and intuitive to use. We want it to be fast, focused and easy for analysts to review conversations or managers to monitor live issues.

At the same time, we have been working on speeding up system performance, to help your data load faster throughout the product.

No functionality has been changed or removed, but everything is now more consistent across the platform.

We’ve modernised the platform with updated sizing, spacing, fonts and colours. The design now features softer, rounded edges, replacing the older square theme, to give EdgeTier a cleaner, more contemporary aesthetic.

Key Changes

Core Change - Navigation

We’ve refined the left-hand navigation with consistent, descriptive naming for each core area: Explore, Sonar, Coach, and Customers – making it faster to move through the system.

Core Change - Easier-to-Read Emojis

Our emojis have been redesigned to be clearer and easier to interpret at a glance, helping users assess sentiment faster and with greater accuracy.

Core Change - Interaction Type Symbols

The symbols that represent different interaction types have been updated, making it easier to instantly identify whether an interaction is an email, chat, or call — and what type of issue or tone it reflects.
